These terms govern use of ZOVRO, a marketplace that connects customers with independent local service providers.
ZOVRO helps users discover, contact and coordinate with service providers. Unless explicitly stated for a specific service, providers are independent users and are responsible for the services they offer.
Users must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and use the platform lawfully. Provider licensing or verification labels apply only when ZOVRO has completed the corresponding verification process.
Customers are responsible for describing the requested work accurately. Providers are responsible for evaluating whether they are qualified and legally permitted to perform the work.
ZOVRO's SOS and roadside features are not a replacement for 911 or emergency medical, police or fire services. In an immediate emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service.
Production payment terms must be displayed before public paid transactions are enabled.
Users may not misuse accounts, impersonate others, submit fraudulent requests, harass other users, interfere with the service or use ZOVRO for illegal activity.
ZOVRO may update features and these terms as the service develops. Users may stop using ZOVRO and may delete their account from the app.
This document should receive final legal review before public commercial launch.
