This policy describes how ZOVRO handles information when you use the local-services marketplace.
Account details may include your name, phone number, email, role, provider service category and verification information. Service requests may include job details, approximate or precise location when you choose to share it, messages, job status and ratings.
We use information to operate accounts, match customers with providers, process service requests, support messaging and job tracking, improve safety, prevent abuse, provide support and maintain marketplace records.
ZOVRO requests device location only when a location feature is used. Location supports nearby-provider matching, service-address assistance and live job tracking. Device permission can be changed in operating-system settings.
Information needed to perform a requested service may be shared between the customer and the assigned provider. ZOVRO does not intend to sell personal information. Hosting, maps, payments or notification providers may process limited data when those production integrations are enabled.
You can delete your account from the app. ZOVRO removes or de-identifies account data from active use. Some completed transaction, fraud-prevention, dispute or legal records may need to be retained for legitimate or legal reasons.
ZOVRO uses authentication, server-side access controls and security safeguards designed to reduce unauthorized access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
ZOVRO is not designed for children under 13.
Use the ZOVRO Support page for privacy, account or data questions. Final public launch contact details will be published before commercial launch.
